  1. To communicate and maintain a good relation with Principles (do the forecast, Products stocks, Product Updates, etc).
  2. To develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  3. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  4. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  6. To create and maintain new and/or existing distribution channel.
  7. To conduct competitive studies, monitoring new technology and technical trends.
  8. To carry out appropriate market, product and competitor research analysis to provide incisive input to the management team.
  9. To create proposal, and to conduct a high level presentation or demonstration to the customers or channels.
  10. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  11. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.

 

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in any major from reputable University.
  2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT industry as Product Manager.
  3. Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy.
  4. Fluency in English both oral and written is a must.
  5. Good written and verbal communication skill

IT MANAGER

 

  1. To lead, supervise and manage Support Engineer team.
  2. To plan towards development and improvement of Support Engineer Team and IT systems within the company.
  3. To maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing any IT improvements.
  4. To do installation, solving any issues in our products and solutions, and also ensuring excellent after sales service for the customers
  5. To participate in project planning and implementation.
  6. To assist in training the customers both in product knowledge and troubleshooting during installation.
  7. To support sales staff in doing presentation/demonstration in front of the customers (from setting up to wrapping up)  

 

  1. Strong leadership, management (both time and people) and interpersonal skill.
  2. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Computer Science/IT/System Information).
  3. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Required skill(s): Cross platform operating system (Windows, Macintosh, Linux), Network Management (LAN, WAN, Servers management), Proficiency in Database Management (SQL, Oracle).
  5. Fluency in English both oral and written is a must.
  6. Able to drive and poses driver’s license.

  1. In charge of Sales Department with job function such as keep track of customer needs, develop new project and customer, generating sales for company, provide data and information related with sales activities, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  2. Responsible for increasing sales and to create strategy plan to achieve sales target.
  3. To make company objective into action plan and to ensure that Account Manager understand how to put company objective in action.
  4. Manage all Account Manager and to ensure all of their responsibilities are done.
  5. Ensure that company’s target is achieve.

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Excellent presentation, leadership and people management skill.
  3. English Language is a must (oral and written).
  4. At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Preferably Manager, specialized in System Integrator.
  6. Deep knowledge in IT Business and Industry, IT Solutions and Product Knowledge.
  7. Hard worker, have a strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

  1. Create and process databases with canvasing, cold call.
  2. Contact prospective customers for product presentations and sales prospect.
  3. Offer IT solutions and IT products according to customer needs.
  4. Bid negotiation and closing deal accompanied by a supervisor or manager.
  5. Maintain relationships with customers and follow-up the overall process of PO billing.
  6. Expand marketing and foster relationships with partners in the form of product bundling or other activities that can increase revenue for the company.
  7. Achieve sales target by selling IT products and IT Solutions to customers (Education and Enterprise).
  8. Develop relationship with customers and also with the technology partner/principal to develop creative ways in providing best and proper IT solutions to clients.
  9. Maintain high level customer satisfaction manage administrative work (e.g. Quotation, Surat Dukungan, etc).  

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  2. English language is a must (oral and written).
  3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Staff, specialized in System Integrator.
  5. Deep knowledge in IT Business and Industry, IT Solutions and Product Knowledge.
